We accept exchanges or returns for store credit ONLY.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Contact me within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 5 days of delivery
We do not allow canceled orders.
We cannot accept the canceling of orders of any kind.
Once an order is placed, the order will be shipped within a 3-5 day period regardless of cancelation requests.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale (promotion or sale section)
- Grab Bags or Kits
- Swimwear
Conditions of Return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders within a 24-36 hour time frame and paid shipping more than once, send us a message so that we can combine your orders and refund partial shipping costs!

Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes! I make custom jewelry for a lot of my customers! Just send me a message or email me and we can discuss options!
Custom Orders for brides and bridesmaids?
I make custom pieces for brides or bridesmaids often! I need at least 2 months beforehand for designing, creating, and approval of samples before they are shipped. I can create just about anything so send me a message and I will be happy to work with you! There is an upfront $25 non-refundable deposit fee that will be deducted from your total once all pieces are completed.
What happens if my KMsGEMs jewelry breaks?
No problem! Although we hope this is a rare occurrence, all of my jewelry is handmade and it is a possibility. Just send us back the item to fix or we will send you some new gems!
What if my jewelry tarnishes?
The jewelry I create is costume jewelry and my prices reflect that. Therefore, tarnishing is quite normal. Most chains are plated. The only types of chain that will not tarnish are gold-filled and sterling silver. We do offer a "LUXE" collection of pieces that will not tarnish or turn. The longevity of the chain's quality depends on how the chain is worn and the maintenance of it. I recommend avoiding water or working out in your jewelry to maintain the initial quality of the piece. Also, rotate wearing your costume jewelry. Proper care will keep your costume jewelry looking new for a very long time!!
Can I return an item?
Absolutely! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns within 5 days after delivery and give you store credit for the equal amount of items returned. After 5 days, I will not take any returns. The tags must still be on the jewelry/clothing and in its original condition in order for returns to be accepted. If an item/items are purchased using a gift card of gift certificate, I will not accept returns OR exchanges on those items.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like a custom size for a specific piece of jewelry, I would be happy to try and accommodate for you. Some pieces are not able to be altered, but most chokers and longer necklaces I can custom size for you! Please send me a message of your desired measurements and I will customize your necklace to fit you perfectly!
Chokers are typically 12-14" in length.
Necklace sizes are typically 16-24" in length.
